It was a great week in the garden this week! Phyte Club was able to get outside and do some work in the food garden and in the native bed this week. We worked on redefining the edge of the natives bed, cleaned up the west border beds and removed the cinder blocks in preparation for fence repair in March. We also cleaned out the greenhouse and started to prepare for spring planting. Next week, we will learn how to root new currants from cuttings, finish up cold moist stratification, and organize the dungeon so that we can start our cool season seedlings the following week. 11 weeks until last frost!
Phyte Club meets from 3:15- 4:15 every Monday. We gather in the Big Room and everyone is welcome. Join Us!
