It was a great week in the garden this week! We celebrated our grant award from The Harding Buller Foundation of Worthington. THANKS HBFW! We worked on construction of row covers using the Pythagorean Theorem—who knew we would use that in real life? We also worked on our bird repelling decoys, birdhouses and vermicomposting. We planted our sprouted columbine and took care of all of our baby seedlings under the grow lights. Next week we will start an informative art project in conjunction with The Worthington Green Team, work on our row covers, and plant even more seedlings. Phyte Club meets on Mondays from 3:15-4:30.
