Happy New Year! It was a great week in the garden last week! We completed the base structure of the Hugelkultur, got most of our seed donations organized, and made improvements to our winter sow box model. Our worm composting is up and running, and there are carrots and lettuces growing under the row covers despite the cold weather. This week, Flora and Fauna 2 will build the rest of the winter sow boxes for us. PHYTE CLUB WILL NOT MEET THIS WEEK! We will start back on Monday, Jan 22 from 3:15-4:30 pm.
